Orders are delivered within 3-10 business days. Estimated delivery time can be seen at checkout after you have entered your address.

When you place your order we will send you a confirmation email. You can track your order from our website or by downloading shop.

Items can be returned within 30 days of you receiving the order. This is so you have enough time to make sure you are happy with the product you have received.

For refunds you will receive the full price of the product once we have processed it, shipping costs are not refundable.

If you have ordered the wrong item you have up to 24 hours to cancel your order before it is processed.

If you would like to change your item for another simply return your item and order the one you want.

Please make sure you measure the space where you will display your canvas and double check you have selected the correct size and measurement (horizontal or vertical). This is to make sure you receive the correct item.

If your product has been delivered damaged please take a photo and email our customer service team with the photo and order number. We can then issue you a refund or send you the item again the choice is yours.
